  • Preparation of paraffin and OCT blocks
  • Cutting in microtome and cryostat
  • Staining and mounting of preparations (HE/E NisslORO)
  • Information and advice on staining performed at CNB (Masson's trichrome, Van Gieson's stain, Elastin, Sirius red, and PAS). Requests should be made directly with CNB.
  • New contrast techniques will be offered if there is sufficient demand or staining can be performed if the unavailable dyes are provided.
